Mock Rib Cardigan Knitting Pattern (1141)
This cardigan is an easy project - ideal if you are a new knitter ready for a bigger project or an experienced knitter that wants something quick and simple. Don't be put off by the use of circular needles (you can also use straight), the cardigan is knitted in rows, not rounds. The great advantage with this pattern is you knit the body of the cardigan (the fronts and the back) as one piece, then add the rib bands down the front and knit the sleeves.
The pattern is a mock rib which is also easy - just one row of rib and then one knit row on repeat.
