Baby Chino Jumper in Sesia MIstral 4Ply

This sweater is knitted flat, with front and back panels and then seamed together.  Sleeves are worked top-down directly from the armholes with a stripe sequence, decreasing stitches for shaping.

Stitches for the neck band are picked up and knitted on double point bneedles.
