Sandnes Garn Double Sunday OR Peer Gynt

Double Sunday is the thickest version of Sandnes Garn’s 100% merino wool base yarns – a non-superwash treated yarn that is wonderfully soft, versatile, and durable. It can be knitted on its own in single or double strands, or combined with Tynn Silk Mohair for extra softness and a delicate halo.

Merino wool is naturally insulating, moisture-wicking, and breathable. Thanks to its fine fiber structure, it retains warmth even when damp and can absorb up to 30% of its weight in water before feeling wet. The wool used in Double Sunday is fully traceable and guaranteed mulesing-free, upholding Sandnes Garn’s commitment to ethical and sustainable sourcing.
