Frequently asked questions
Is this the round-neck or V-neck Friday Slipover?
This is the round-neck edition. Friday Slipover V-Neck is a separate pattern with different neckline shaping and measurements.
Why does my unwashed broken-rib swatch measure 24–25 stitches?
The designer expects the fabric to relax to 22 stitches per 10 cm after washing and wear. Wash and dry the swatch before checking fit and shoulder width.
Can I use leftover yarn for a striped Friday Slipover?
The designer suggests stripes as a scrap-yarn option. Keep the separately worked front and back stripes identical and maintain the required gauge.
