Jenny Sweater — PetiteKnit knitting pattern
A smock-textured pullover worked from the bottom up. Knit body and sleeves separately to the armholes, then join for a yoke shaped with raglan decreases. Work the neckline flat with cast-offs and add picked-up neck ribbing.
English printed pattern booklet, posted to you. Yarn, needles and the finished garment are not included. This is not a PDF download.
Size and fit
Approximately 19 cm of positive ease. At a 90 cm bust, size S finishes at 109 cm. If between sizes, the designer recommends the smaller size because the smock fabric stretches with wear.
| Size | To fit bust/chest (cm) | Finished chest (cm) | Length (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 80–85 | 104 | 61 |
| S | 85–90 | 109 | 62 |
| M | 90–95 | 114 | 63 |
| L | 95–100 | 119 | 63 |
| XL | 100–110 | 129 | 65 |
| 2XL | 110–120 | 139 | 67 |
| 3XL | 120–130 | 149 | 69 |
| 4XL | 130–140 | 158 | 70 |
Length measured mid back, including the neck edge. Finished dimensions depend on matching gauge.

Frequently asked questions
Are the sleeves picked up from the finished body?
No. The sleeves are knitted separately from the bottom up, then joined to the body for the raglan yoke.
Why are there two gauge measurements?
Smock fabric and the k2, p1 rib behave differently. Check both washed and blocked gauges so the textured body and ribbed edges keep the intended proportions.
