NATURALLY K498 BABY PONCHO & HAT KNITTING PATTERN
A cosy baby and toddler poncho with a charted heart motif, garter-stitch side bands and a matching ribbed hat.
Pattern overview: The poncho back and front are knitted flat with integrated garter-stitch side bands and buttonholes; the heart motif is worked from a chart on the front. After the shoulder seams are joined, a tall ribbed neckband is picked up. The hat is also knitted flat, crown-shaped and seamed. An intermediate project for knitters comfortable with charted motifs, shaping, buttonholes, picking up stitches and seaming.
