Knitted in one piece from the bottom up this cute little vest and hat are a great wardrobe addition.

The hat pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.

Our sample has been made in Touch Yarns Pure New Zealand Merino in shade 'Oatmeal' This is a beautifully soft pure wool that is also machine washable. Other yarns to consider are Nordica Italian Merino and for a very special treat you could use MUHU Pure Baby Alpaca.
