Scarlet Cardigan Knitting Pattern - PetiteKnit
Scarlet Cardigan
The Scarlet Cardigan is an elegant and thoughtfully constructed V-neck cardigan worked seamlessly from the top down. Distinctive raised knit stitch details run along the centre back, sides of the body, and underside of the sleeves. The back yoke is worked flat first with short-row shoulder shaping and an i-cord edge. Shoulder stitches are then picked up and worked flat with integrated V-neck shaping before joining fronts and back into one piece. The body is worked flat in rows, and the sleeves are picked up and knit in the round. A double-knitted front placket and buttonholes complete this polished design.
