Construction
Worked flat in a repeating lace pattern; finish by weaving in the ends.
Yarn choices
Use a lightweight 8ply yarn, worked single-stranded. The design was made for a linen yarn; ask us for help choosing a current yarn with similar drape. Changing yarn thickness or scarf length changes the yarn requirement.

Needles and notions
5.5 mm straight needles or circular needles with a 60 cm cord, plus a wool needle.
