Gauge, needles and accessories
Gauge: 20 stitches × 28 rows in stocking stitch on 3.5 mm needles = 10 × 10 cm. Wash and block a swatch before measuring; adjust needle size to match both stitches and rows.
Needles: 3.5 mm circular needles (60 cm); 3 mm circular needles (40, 60 or 80 cm).
