Knitted flat.
Size
One size for ages 2–10 years. Finished hat circumference: 48 cm.
Yarn
8ply merino: 100 m in Natural, plus small amounts of Cream, Bark and Light Natural for the flowers. Metreage is calculated using 100 m per 50 g.
Needles
One pair each of 3.25 mm and 4 mm knitting needles.
Tension
22 stitches and 30 rows to 10 cm over stocking stitch on 4 mm needles. Check tension before starting.
