Beginner. The booties are knitted flat. The hat includes flat and in-the-round instructions.

Shown in Burnthill Yarns Vespers 8ply, Silver Stars. These allowances apply our standard 8ply conversion of 100 m per 50 g to the designer's quantities.

Needles and tension
3.25 mm and 4 mm straight or double-pointed needles. Tension: 22 stitches and 30 rows to 10 cm over stocking stitch on 4 mm needles. Check tension before starting.
