Skill level and construction
Intermediate. The booties are knitted flat. The hat includes instructions for knitting flat on straight needles or in the round on double-pointed needles.

Yarn requirements
4ply merino in Natural: 178 m for every size. Metreage is calculated from Lisa F Design’s quantities using New Zealand Merino 4ply at 178 m per 50 g.
Needles
2.75 mm and 3.25 mm knitting needles, or double-pointed needles in the same sizes for the in-the-round hat option.
Tension
28 stitches and 36 rows to 10 cm over stocking stitch on 3.25 mm needles. Check tension before starting.
