A crew neck, garter stitch sweater with a cable beanie, with a button shoulder opening...modelled on an adorable baby.

An button shoulder opening enables this cosy garment going swiftly over your babies head!

The Beanie pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.

Our Wild Earth Eden wool has been used for this pattern, a yarn which both looks and feels utterly georgeous. A Polwarth fleece is characterised by its long staple length, giving it incredible softness and lustre. This is the ideal knitting yarn and perfect for baby garments.

Eden fleece is grown in the South Island, scoured in Timaru and processed in Christchurch. How good is that?

Any of our super soft 8 ply wools may also be used for this design.

TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles and one button.
