A multi textured vest with a button closure, teamed up with a  popcorn beanie. The Beanie pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.

TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm / 4 ins over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles.

Recommended Yarn 8ply Baby Alpaca or Merino Wool. Our knitted sample garment is made from Chask Pure Baby Alpaca and I have used shade 'Bear'  for the vest and shade 'Henry Brown' for the beanie. This yarn is incredibly soft and gentle on a newborn babies skin.
