Instructions Overview
Blanket Body
- Strips: Knit individual strips, each consisting of five squares in alternating colors and patterns. Each square is 42 stitches wide and worked over 56 rows.
- Joining: Strips are joined along their long edges using a three-needle bind-off for a seamless finish.
Edging
- Option 1: Pick up stitches around the entire blanket edge and knit a garter stitch border in Col 4.
- Option 2: Work separate garter stitch edges for each side and attach them using mattress stitch.
