Using luxurious silk and kid mohair, this light and airy blanket is a 'breeze' (simple) to knit and wonderful to snuggle under or drape over a sofa or bed.

Materials

10 balls of Sesia Eiffel Kid Mohair and Silk.  Our sample blanket is made from shade 'Dior' (2029)

8 mm bamboo needles. This project will fit onto a pair of full-length knitting needles, however if you prefer, circular needles may be used.

A crochet hook to attach the tassels. Sewing up needle to secure all 'ends'.

Size

Approximately 110 cm x 110 cm, not including the tassels. We all knit to different tensions, please do not get too hung up if your tension is not quite the same size as mine. If knitting a garment, correct tension is important but less so for a blanket or a scarf where fit isn't critical.

Tension - Approximately 13 stitches to 10cm on 8 mm needles.
