About the Cloud Sweater
The Cloud Sweater is worked from the top down. The back yoke is worked back and forth first, with short rows used to shape the shoulders. Each shoulder is then worked separately before being joined to form the front yoke.
The front and back yoke are joined at the underarms, and the body is worked in the round on circular needles. Sleeves are picked up and knitted from the armhole openings and worked in the round. To finish, a soft stockinette stitch funnel neckline is picked up and knitted around the neck opening.
This construction creates a polished, seamless sweater with a relaxed fit and beautiful drape.
