Diamond texture and garter-stitch borders give Collette its distinctive finish. The vest is worked in one piece, with a coordinating hat that can be knitted flat or in the round.

Pattern details

  • Yarn weight: 8ply
  • Sizing: 1–2/3–4/5–6/7–8/9/10 years; chest 51/56/61/66/71/76 cm.
  • Yarn requirements: Wild Earth Yarns Natural 8ply, Sand: 3/3/4/5/5/6 × 50g balls.
  • Needles and notions: 3.25 mm and 4 mm needles, 3.25 mm circular needle and stitch holders.
  • Tension: 22 stitches × 30 rows per 10 cm in stocking stitch on 4 mm needles.
