Dagmar Sweater Junior Knitting Pattern – PetiteKnit
A children’s sweater with cable panels, a textured body and a folded rib neckline. It starts with a back yoke worked in rows, then picked-up shoulders and a front yoke. The body joins at the underarms for knitting in the round, and the sleeves are picked up at the armholes.

Gauge, needles and accessories
Gauge: 23 stitches × 30 rows in the textured pattern on 4 mm needles, after washing and blocking = 10 × 10 cm. Knit a swatch in the pattern’s textured stitches, wash and block it, and adjust needle size to achieve the required gauge.
Needles: 4 mm circular needles (60 or 80 cm); 3.5 mm circular needles (40, 60 and/or 80 cm); 3 mm circular needles (40 cm); 3 mm and 4 mm double-pointed needles.
