V-Neck Vest with Short Sleeves in Chaska Wara

This vest / slipover is knitted flat, with front and back panels separately and then seamed together.  Dropped armhole.  Stitches for the neck band are picked up and knitted on a circular needles.

Tension: 22 sts x 28 rows on 4.00mm is 10cm2 over stocking stitch.
