Make a matching hat and mittens with cheerful popcorn bobbles. The hat includes a choice of flat or circular construction. Originally designed for Perriam.

Pattern details

  • Yarn weight: 8ply
  • Sizing: Hat: finished circumference 48 cm. Mittens: 1–2, 3–4, 5–7 and 8–10 years.
  • Yarn requirements: Vespers 8ply in Burnt Orange: 1 × 50g ball for the hat and 1 × 50g ball for the mittens.
  • Needles and notions: 3.25 mm and 4 mm straight and double-pointed needles; stitch markers.
  • Tension: 22 stitches × 30 rows per 10 cm in stocking stitch on 4 mm needles.
