Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Balloon Jacket need sewing together?
Yes. The garter-stitch body and sleeves are worked separately from the bottom up and assembled. Stitches are then picked up for the continuous front and collar band.
How should I check the length of the garter-stitch fabric?
Wash and dry your swatch before measuring it. Garter stitch can grow in length, so use the blocked gauge when planning this loose, buttonless jacket.
