Lulu Slipover Knitting Pattern by PetiteKnit
The Lulu Slipover is a modern women’s knitted vest with generous armholes, neat ribbed edges and distinctive buttoned sides. Worked from the top down, the back is knitted first, followed by the front. Double-knitted side edges create small hem slits and include two buttonholes on each front edge, while ribbing finishes the armholes and neckline.
This thoughtfully detailed PetiteKnit pattern is an excellent choice for an experienced knitter wanting a versatile layering piece to wear over shirts, blouses and dresses.
This listing is for a printed knitting pattern sent by post. It does not include the finished garment or yarn.

Wild & Woolly yarn options
Single-strand option: Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt. This is one of PetiteKnit’s original yarn recommendations and gives a defined, structured fabric with excellent stitch definition.
Held-together option: Sandnes Garn Tynn Peer Gynt held together with Sandnes Garn Tynn Silk Mohair. This is also an original PetiteKnit recommendation and produces a lighter fabric with a soft halo. Use one strand of each yarn throughout.
Always knit and wash a tension swatch before purchasing the full quantity. Fibre, twist and construction can affect both gauge and drape, even when yarns appear to be the same weight.
