Metres are converted from PetiteKnit’s stated quantities.
Before you begin
Make a washed or blocked swatch and check both gauge and fabric before starting. Buy complete balls, allowing extra yarn for swatching, changes to length or fit, and differences in gauge. The metre figures are based on the designer’s quantities, rather than exact measured consumption.
Frequently asked questions
Do I use Peer Gynt and Double Sunday together for Anker’s Sweater Junior?
No. These are separate single-strand options. Choose Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt or Sandnes Garn Double Sunday and follow the matching metre table.
Can I select Junior’s size from the child’s age alone?
Measure the child’s chest first. This sweater is designed with approximately 10–15 cm of positive ease; compare the finished chest and sleeve measurements as well as the age guide.
