Quantities are converted from the designer's stated amounts using Sandnes Garn Tynn Line: m per 50 g and rounded up to whole metres. The table is the total for both strands: do not double it again. Buy enough complete balls for your size and allow extra for swatching or changes in length.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Bea Top knitted in the same direction as Bea Blouse?
No. Bea Top starts at the hem and is worked from the bottom up. The body is knitted in the round, then divided into front and back yokes worked flat with armhole decreases and short-row shoulder shaping.
Is the Sandnes Garn Tynn Line quantity for one strand or both?
Two strands are held together throughout. The metre totals in the yarn table cover both strands combined, so do not double those totals again.
How close-fitting is Bea Top?
It is designed with approximately 8 cm of negative ease. Measure your bust and compare it with the finished size after checking a washed and blocked swatch.
