Construction
The body is knitted flat in one piece to the armholes, then the fronts and back are completed separately. Sleeves are worked flat and sewn in. Moss stitch bands and the neck edge finish the jacket.

Before You Start with Iride
The white leader yarn at the ends of an Iride cake is waste yarn. For a centre pull, remove the white leader before starting. If working from the outside, stop before the final white leader section and discard it. Do not knit or crochet the white leader into your project.

Use one strand throughout. The 1 / 2 / 3 Years option supplies enough yarn for one jacket in any one of those sizes.
Your Kit Includes
450 metres (6–9 months) or 900 metres (1, 2 or 3 years) of Sesia Iride, printed pattern, four wooden Handmade with Love buttons for the 6–9 Months option or five for the 1 / 2 / 3 Years option, leather tag and stitch markers.
Knitting needles and stitch holders are not included. The larger kit includes five buttons so it covers all three sizes; the 1-year pattern uses four.
Needles and Notions
3.00 mm and 3.25 mm circular needles with an 80 cm cable, or sizes needed to obtain tension. The jacket is worked flat.
Two stitch holders and a tapestry needle. Wooden Handmade with Love buttons and stitch markers are included. The pattern needs four buttons for 6–9 months or 1 year, and five for 2 or 3 years.
Pattern Tension
27 stitches and 36 rows to 10 cm in stocking stitch on 3.25 mm needles.
About the Yarn
Sesia Iride is a 4ply / fingering yarn made in Italy from 100% organic cotton, with 450 metres per cake. Its long gradient creates flowing colour changes. Choose your Iride shade from the kit options; availability depends on stock.

Naturally Yarns K3035 printed knitting pattern included. Read the printed pattern, choose your size where applicable, check the kit contents and swatch before casting on.
Care
Follow the washing instructions on your yarn label. Reshape gently and dry flat; avoid hanging wet cotton, which can stretch.
