NATURALLY K448 SHORT-SLEEVE DRESS & SUN HAT KNITTING PATTERN
A light baby dress with short sleeves and a matching sun hat, designed for warm-weather knitting in 4ply cotton.
Pattern overview: The dress body is knitted flat in one piece to the underarms, then divided for the fronts and back. Short sleeves are worked separately and sewn in, and front bands are picked up for the button closure. The sun hat is worked flat from the top down, with a shaped crown, ribbed section and flared brim, then seamed. An intermediate project for knitters comfortable with shaping, picking up stitches and finishing.
